Intern Program

Land Trust internships are designed to inspire young conservationists through mentorship and opportunities to grow, innovate, and practice new skills—and to see themselves in this work. With California’s 30×30 commitment to conserve thirty percent of the state’s lands and waters, we have a once in a generation chance to improve climate resilience, strengthen our communities and economies, and protect what makes Santa Barbara County home—and it is going to take an interdisciplinary approach to succeed.
