We rely on the generous dedication of our Arroyo Hondo Preserve Volunteers to help keep our preserves open to the public and the ecosystems healthy. Volunteers help with habitat restoration and basic trail maintenance.
Recent work involved the new native plants to the west of the creek across from the meadow, which are really beginning the flourish, and the recently planted area by the sycamore tunnel that should do very well after the rain.
Please RSVP to John Warner, Preserve Manager at [email protected].
Wear appropriate work clothes and bring sunscreen and a refillable water bottle. We will provide gloves, water and snacks.
