Carpinteria Seal Watch is marking its 32nd year protecting seals at the Carpinteria Harbor Seal Rookery. Volunteers provide educational information to visitors from around the globe–approximately 33,050 people per year. They monitor rookery activities, divert encroachments, and prevent disturbance, especially during the pupping season (December through May).

Come hear about the Carpinteria Seal Watch–a volunteer effort that encourages people to experience nature by observing the seals while protecting the local population.
