The Land Trust for Santa Barbara County has protected over 21,200 acres of rolling hills, working ranches and farms, watersheds,
oak woodlands and coastal bluffs in Santa Barbara County.
The preserves are open to the public and listed by
name on the green map. Click on each preserve name on the map to
learn more about visiting, hiking and school and community group
opportunities.
Many of our lands are protected by a conservation
easement but are still private property. These working ranches and
farms are listed in the box below the map and are not open to the
public. Click on the property names in the box for more information
